    Commencing in the hospitality industry in 1997, Robbie Damjanovic is a family man with an unquestionable passion for excellence. Originally from Eastern-Europe, Robbie is a first-generation Australian raised in Perth, Western Australia, who soon developed a desire to serve the community that embraced him and his family from a young age.

    This deep connection to Western Australia was a key component in the early days of Theme Group, delivering solutions to the notable brands like the Perth Wildcats, and their home at the Perth Entertainment Centre and HBF Stadium, followed by Perth Glory as they began their meteoric rise to prominence amongst a growing football community in Australia.

    For over 20 years, the businesses Robbie founded have continuously evolved, delivering outstanding service across multiple industries.

    It was Robbie’s desire to enhance the experience of others, that launched Theme Group into multiple industries and onto a growth trajectory unlike any other in the industry.
